Winner of the 2024 Anywhere Festival Award for Music, Anje West is returning for another live mix-tape in the lounge room, transforming it once more into a parlour of musical reminiscing; her life’s soundtrack playing out with warmth, heart and humour.
Deep cuts from Tears For Fears and The Pointer Sisters feature in a set list that includes music from an Aussie rock legend, some ‘70s gold, (hit that nostalgia button, why don’t you?!), along with Rickie Lee Jones, George Harrison and a surprise or two….
Volume One sold out in a heartbeat, audiences unanimous in their praise for Anje’s artistry as a singer and storyteller, for the belly laughs and for the exceptional work of her band, who played the hell out of everything from Wings and Robert Palmer, to Steely Dan, Warren Zevon and
Suzanne Vega.

The show takes place in Anje’s lounge room, beautifully transformed into an intimate parlour; furniture out, velvet drapes, fairy lights and 30 chairs in.
“We felt so welcomed into her home. It was a little room, but it was fantastic to be so close to the band and feel every note”.
