For fifteen years, Anywhere Festival has worked with the Queensland Government through Arts Queensland to create opportunities for local independent artists to present work, to demonstrate how the arts can add value to local businesses and provide incredible experiences anywhere but a theatre. More than just financial support; the team at Arts Queensland have consistently encouraged us to strive for better governance, growth and to hone our creative business model to make Anywhere Festival better than it otherwise could be.

Anywhere Festival Thank yous

We'd like to thank everyone who has helped to make Anywhere what it is and who has made this year's Anywhere Festival happen, including our board and the delightful team of interns with us. You can read more about the Anywhere Festival team including interns and board at the About Us page.

We'd like to give a shout out to the Anywhere Reviewers and Photographers over the years and those looking to get involved in 2026.

We'd particularly like to thank every single person who has donated anything to Anywhere Festival and most importantly, to all of you who have come on the journey to explore performances in nooks and crannies anywhere but a theatre.
