Add Public Liability with Anywhere Festivals

Description

For $95 you can buy into Anywhere Festival’s Public Liability for the festival or $165 for the year.

To be covered, you must provide a valid risk assessment that is approved by Anywhere Festivals and follow the risk management strategies detailed in the plan for each activity to be covered by the public liability. Without an approved Risk Assessment for each activity, you are not covered.

This public liability will cover you from the point of purchase to the end of the festival or for a year from date of purchase (and providing of a Risk Assessment approved by Anywhere Theatre Festival Limited).

If the insurance is also used for rehearsals, you must provide a risk assessment for the rehearsal period that is approved by Anywhere Festival. As with the performance period, without the risk assessment and approval by Anywhere Festival, coverage is not valid.

You can buy into the public liability cover at any time up to three weeks before the festival.

There are some high risk activities that we are not able to cover. We reserve the right to not cover and refund the amount if a high risk activity is involved.
