In an age where real estate agents count their commissions while aspiring first-home buyers weep into their avocado on toast, we meet Michelle Schrödinger.

Michelle is the self-obsessed owner of Schrödinger Realty, who sees her role less as a property professional and more as a secret agent. Her mission? To win the coveted title of Real Estate Agent of the Year.

With the help of her charming but slightly clueless assistant Brad and tech-savvy Joan, Michelle sets out to conquer the market. But distractions arise — including the dulcet tones of radio announcer Jock Lovegrove and a particularly troublesome property: Hamilton House.

Can Michelle close the deal in time to defeat her arch-nemesis and claim the crown?
