Coffee, Conversation, Real Self-Care.
Self-Care Café invites you to slow down and settle in — with a coffee in hand and a little unhurried time that’s genuinely yours. Two sessions, two locations: outdoors at Brew Moon Coffee in Chelmer, and on the deck at Grange Library.
Held by Lynda McCauley, self-care specialist. Her work explores self-care not as something we add to our lives, but as a way of living that grows from the inside out. Lynda loves the Self-Care Cafe because sometimes the most powerful shifts begin with a simple conversation.
Your ticket includes a coffee voucher. Capacity is intimate — up to 10 people.
Come as you are. Ease into a relaxed open-air space. Follow a playful menu of self-care prompts — chat with others, wander, or pause quietly. This is a gentle way to explore living self-care.
