Bus Stop Theatre
Presented by Anon. Collective
Anon. Collective is once again transforming the everyday into the extraordinary.
They appeared last year like a mirage in the middle of your morning commute—now Bus Stop Theatre is back, and more unpredictable than ever. Returning to Brisbane Anywhere Festival, Anon. Collective is once again transforming the everyday into the extraordinary.
One minute you’re checking your phone at the stop, the next you’re caught in a dance battle, whispered a secret, or witness to a tragic romance played out beside a timetable. You’ll never know when or where it’ll happen—Bus Stop Theatre will pop up unannounced in bus stops across every Brisbane City Council ward.
It might last one minute. It might go all day. Blink and you’ll miss it—or find yourself mesmerised and late for your next appointment.
There are no programs. No stages. No curtain calls. Just the raw thrill of unexpected performance, nestled in the hum of the everyday. Or maybe it is the everyday.
Keep your eyes open. Anything could happen. We may even stop talking about ourselves in the third person.
