2026 Anywhere Festival Awards Night

The curtains may be closing on the 2026 festival season, but the biggest celebration of the year is just beginning. Join us on Sunday 31 May for the 2026 Anywhere Festival Awards — the night where Brisbane and Moreton Bay’s most daring, inventive and unforgettable performances are recognised and celebrated.

IMPORTANT VENUE AND TIME CHANGE: Due to expected numbers, the location for the 2026 Anywhere Awards has been moved from The Raven in West End to New Tricks Wine & Gin Distillery in Albion and will now be starting at 6pm with doors opening at 5.30pm.

From backyard spectacles and hidden gems to once-in-a-lifetime experiences in extraordinary spaces, this is where the entire Anywhere Festival community comes together to honour the artists, venues, photographers, reviewers, volunteers and audiences who made the festival extraordinary.

Throughout the night we’ll reveal all nominees and award recipients for both Moreton Bay and Brisbane while enjoying festival highlights and plenty of unexpected Anywhere-style moments. Strike a pose at the media wall, connect or reconnect with fellow artists and collaborators, celebrate new friendships and raise a glass to another huge year of performances anywhere but theatres.

Whether you were on stage, behind the scenes, hosting a show, reviewing performances or simply cheering from the audience, this is the event everyone will be talking about.

Dress up, show up and celebrate the artists reshaping live performance. The 2026 Anywhere Festival Awards are not to be missed. Doors open 6.30pm and food is available (as well as gin and wine obvs).
