Improv Queensland

Improv Queensland is a Brisbane based theatre company dedicated to creating improvised and interactive theatre. We particularly enjoy creating shows which blend genre, storytelling and audience engagement. Sometimes sweet, sometimes sexy and almost always funny.

We have been performing in the Anywhere Festival since 2011. We keep coming back because we love the combination of experimentation and exploration which the festival allows. We have performed shows as part of the festival in heritage listed underground reservoirs, play centres, libraries, schools, and a tram.

We wish to pay respect to their Elders - past, present and emerging - and acknowledge the important role Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and their stories continue to play.
