2026 Brisbane Anywhere Festival Participation

Description

This confirms participation in the Brisbane Anywhere Festival program running 1 – 31 May 2026 pending confirmation of all show details by the 27 February UPDATE FRIDAY 13 MARCH deadline.

The amount covers you regardless of the number of performances of your production or experience. It is for Brisbane only. As each region has a separate program, each region has different ways and amounts to confirm participation, however, if you have purchased public liability insurance through one festival, it covers you for both.

This amount provides access to the following benefits:

• Support from Anywhere Festival for producing, marketing, location advice (and much more) including email access and as many 15 minute meetings with Festival Director as you need.
• Free access to Workshops in the lead up to the festival.
• Access to producer resources, including online videos, templated, how to guides.
• Access to Anywhere Festival hub locations (may include additional costs)
• Access to photography and videography session to create festival materials.
• Access to free park bookings for performances through Brisbane City Council.
• Inclusion in the online festival program and integrated festival web site and ticketing platform
• Consideration for show photography and reviews during the festival.
• Consideration for opportunities with festival media partners
• Consideration for Anywhere Awards
• Promotion through festival-wide marketing, including e-news and social media channels.
• Access to book discounted equipment through Anywhere Festival.
• Free location banners and media wall, the green lit up “a” (Subject to availability)

Independent productions are still responsible for their production and to leverage the resources provided by Anywhere Festival. It’s all about making it possible for you to take creative risks without the huge financial risks required when booking traditional venues.

If you wish to be covered by the Anywhere Festival public liability, add in the public liability cover which will cover you across all festivals.
