A unique collection of Brisbane tramway infrastructure, tramcars and trolley buses. Other items on display are a 1901 California Combination tram, Dropcentre and Four Motor (FM) trams.
Set in a beautiful bushland park, visitors can ride the six restored tramcars where museum volunteers proudly wear period tramway uniforms when operating the tramcars. Also on view is a restored trolley bus display which visitors can walk through. The museum has a large collection of uniforms, photos and other tramway memorabilia from the tramway era for public viewing.
This is a gorgeous but little known museum that we know will be a fantastic destination.
