A Home in semi rural Moggill , on a 3.5 acre plot of land.
There is an oversized kidney shaped pool , edged with massive rocks , surrounded by greenery , think , bird of paradise , golden cane palms , ferns and frangipani’s .

There is a stage , open at the front , 5.5m ( back ) , × 7.5m ( front ) × 3,5m deep , with vj lined walls on three sides , and recycled corrugation sheets as roof and walls

From the stage , the ground has a gentle slope up hill , towards the 3 semi circle shaped terraces this grassed area is flanked with mock orange , magnolias , agapanthus , azaleas ,gardenias , jacaranda and poinciana trees .

Then there is Winton square , a grassed area on the side of the house , edged with gardenias, magnolias ,and jacaranda . There are 3 benches , all 3 with a screen behind them with fairy lights .

Next is the doors area , a comfy little sitting area , with 2 comfy leather chairs , made out of 8 doors , with a corrugated roof . The front courtyard also has a retreat area , an old garden shed , now with a bigger roof over it , and seating undernearh with a handrail on 2 sides , and even an outdoor claw bath.

The back half of our property is like a forest , the path will take you to the creek . We also have a vege garden and of course chooks .
