BackDock Arts, located in Meanjin (Brisbane)’s Fortitude Valley, is a performance art venue for local creatives. The open and spacious outdoor courtyard caters to a variety of events, such as night markets, festivals and street art. The indoor seating area is often host to Theatre shows, Drag/Burlesque Performances and more! BackDock Arts is also available for private hire, including events such as birthday’s, functions and parties of all kinds!
BackDock Arts operates on Jagera and Turrbal land. We respectfully acknowledge the elders past, present and emerging who have been bringing people together through many art forms for thousands of years.
