Ali Crane keeps the rhythm tight and the harmonies sweeter than they have any right to be. Maree Taylor shreds lead guitar like she’s bargaining with the gods. Susan Kennet powers the show with drums that shake the room awake. Suzie Sooz lays down bass lines smoother than silk and twice as dangerous. \nAnd because no performance is complete without interpretive dance\, Daniella brings the kind of expressive chaos that only midlife clarity can unleash. Join us on Sunday 31 May for the 2026 Anywhere Festival Awards — the night where Brisbane and Moreton Bay’s most daring\, inventive and unforgettable performances are recognised and celebrated. \nIMPORTANT VENUE AND TIME CHANGE: Due to expected numbers\, the location for the 2026 Anywhere Awards has been moved from The Raven in West End to New Tricks Wine & Gin Distillery in Albion and will now be starting at 6pm with doors opening at 5.30pm. \nPsst. Have you voted in the 2026 Anywhere Awards yet? If not\, you should head to this link right now  \nFrom backyard spectacles and hidden gems to once-in-a-lifetime experiences in extraordinary spaces\, this is where the entire Anywhere Festival community comes together to honour the artists\, venues\, photographers\, reviewers\, volunteers and audiences who made the festival extraordinary. \nThroughout the night we’ll reveal all nominees and award recipients for both Moreton Bay and Brisbane while enjoying festival highlights and plenty of unexpected Anywhere-style moments.
