
Nineteen-year-old Brisbane singer-songwriter and guitarist Zoe Quinn draws influence from indie and folk-pop threads, infusing heartfelt lyrics, bold, passionate guitar-playing, and her compelling voice.
Zoe’s latest single, ‘Walking Away’, produced by Cody McWaters (King Stingray, Kurilpa Reach) and recorded at Airlock Studios, Brisbane, was launched on New Years Eve at her live show at 2021/22 Bushtime at Woodfordia. In 2020, Zoe recorded and released her debut EP ‘Hearts On Sleeves’, along with her follow up single ‘Strange World’, produced by Steve Kempnich (Powderfinger, Birds of Tokyo).
Throughout 2021, she regularly graced stages at festivals and events across South East Queensland, including Southbank Parklands, Hills Festival, Redcliffe KiteFest, Caboolture Festival and Neurum Creek Music Festival, as well as appearing on the line-up for the Ekka, RedFest, Redcliffe Festival of Sails and Moreton Bay Food & Wine Festival.
She has supported bands at various venues including Ric’s Backyard in Fortitude Valley, Bar Wunder in Toowoomba, as well as Goleby’s Basement in Ipswich. She has also performed regionally at the Sunshine Coast, Rainbow Beach and Bundaberg.
Zoe is performing as part of Anywhere Festival’s opening night in Fish Lane. Exact set times TBC.
