Removable Objects: A Series of Vignettes

May 21 @ 7:00 pm - 7:40 pm

Is home and identity beyond our control?

Presented by Orphan Collective

Two Polish families are intertwined across Poland, New York city and Australia.

How will one woman’s escape from her invaded homeland affect her lineage?

Is identity and home beyond our control?

Removable Objects is a one-man show that explores the effect of location on identity and our place in the world; literal and metaphorical.

Matthew James French is an actor, musician, writer, and tutor based in Brisbane/Meanjin, Australia. He studied a Bachelor of Acting and Performance under Lisa O’Neill, Norman Price and others from 2014-2016.

This is his first full length play, and his fourth one man show after Look at Me Now (2015), Grigori the Helper (2018), and STARK (2021).
