Yarn Storytelling

True tales from locals about our city.

Presented by Yarn Storytelling

An eclectic bunch of Ipswich locals tell stories about the days, nights and moments that shaped them… and that couldn’t have happened anywhere but here.

Yarn Storytelling has been showcasing the stories of Brisbane residents for almost a decade. Now it’s Ipswich’s turn.

A night of true stories – told live and without notes – to make you laugh, think and take your breath away.

Yarn Storytelling is a quarterly storytelling event, featuring true stories, told live and without notes. Established in 2012, Yarn has been held in bars, cafes, and homes around Brisbane as well as larger venues like Metro Arts and Queensland Art Gallery/Gallery of Modern Art (QAGOMA).
