A Wawahine Lounge Exclusive!

Fresh from the studio where brand new work is taking shape under the guidance of legendary producer Nash Chambers, the enchanting Ruby Gilbert shares some things no one knows yet…songs from her upcoming second EP!

The subtle alchemy that weaves stories into songs, and the old-time Americana feel that underpins her contemporary tales, has seen Ruby’s work nominated for a Queensland Music Award, and opening for roots music luminaries Justine Townes Earl and C.W. Stoneking.

You might be in a tiki bar, but it’s guitar slingin’ and singin’ all the way in this very special, exclusive concert showcasing Ruby’s captivating voice and storytelling.

This performance is at The Wawahine Lounge, an inner-south tiny tiki bar masquerading as a backyard shed.   The address for this private home will be provided on purchase of ticket.

Please feel welcome to bring a bottle of wine to enjoy with your friends pre and post-show.

Running concurrently with the concerts is an exhibition of hand-carved tikis by artist Tiki Stacey.
