Presented By ROAR Academy and Anywhere Festival Moreton Bay
KIDZ ON STAGE will feature a core group of ROAR Academy students as they present a selection of current Music Theatre and popular music.
ROAR Academy, the Moreton Bay Region’s Premier Performing Arts Training Academy, is proud to be supporting the Anywhere Festival and is delighted to bring to the stage a selection of well-known Broadway and Music Theatre hits along with some well-known pop songs. The selection will include popular Broadway showtunes such as – YOU’RE WELCOME and HOW FAR I’LL GO from MOANA Jr, CARRYING THE BANNER and ONCE AND FOR ALL from NEWSIES Jr, ONE SHORT DAY and POPULAR from WICKED, PICK A POCKET and CONSIDER YOURSELF from OLIVER and LET IT GO and IN SUMMER from FROZEN JR to name a few of the selections. Performed by ROAR Academy’s elite performers – the ALL STARS and the PERFORMANCE Team – all our performers are 18 years and under and have been chosen to perform in this concert based on ability and performance skills. You will be surprised and enchanted by this team of young superstars – a core group of whom have been selected to perform in America next year for Australia at the Junior Theatre Festival (JTF – Atlanta).
This performance is at Theatre 102, Redcliffe.
