Let’s drink, reminisce and ask ourselves when we started saying “back in my day“!
It was the 80s – the hair was permed; the attitude was big, and the party was going to last forever…
High school ended for this group of friends 30 years ago and after a fateful accident at their Schoolies party they have not spoken to each other since. Now that is about to change. As they reunite in the car park outside their 30-year high school reunion the group reflect on the good times, the bad times, and the wild times they had all those years ago.
Class of ’89 is a fast-paced, witty comedy that combines all the wannabe glitz and glamour that came with being a teen in the 80s with the reality of life as an adult in the present day. It will make you wonder when you first started to say ‘back in my day…’
Please note this performance has only very occasional swearing.
This performance is in the undercover car park of the Mango Hill YMCA, 22 Halpine Dr, Mango Hill
