 See and hear the world premiere of this new musical show about one amazing woman in history, written by local talents, Amanda Cole and Kim Kirkman – part of Anywhere Festival 2019.

Local mezzo-soprano and producer, Amanda Cole says: “The Anywhere Festival is an amazing opportunity to tell and sing this inspiring story with Kim Kirkman, one of the Sunshine Coast’s best-loved tenors and musical innovators, in three incredible venues.”

International director, Catherine Madden, says: “I’m so excited to be working on this play.”

Kim Kirkman says: “Hildegard was an incredible woman. Come and be inspired.”

SHOW AND MEAL PACKAGE $49

The exciting new Glasshouse Brewery is hosting the premiere and providing a fabulous meal as a package.

The Hildegard (from Germany in the Middle Ages) thought beer was better for you than water. And in those days it probably was!

“Beer gives a lovely colour to the face…” said Hildegard.

Come and try some of the local brew in the new brewery while being seduced into an ancient world of mysticism and magical music.

 

Solothurn Chapel, Maleny, Saturday 25 May 3pm. SHOW ONLY $22

 The amazing Swiss, carved chapel just out of Maleny, is hosting the second show, with a beautiful atmosphere and stunning location. Come and see the story of Hildegard in a setting that takes you back through the centuries.
