Optimistic Nihilism Theatre is here to hold your hand as you stare into the incomprehensible and terrifying void that is life in the 21st century.
In fact, ON Theatre is here to hold your feet as well – and we’ll swing you back and forth shouting ‘One! Two! Three!’ and toss you straight in.
Why would we do this? For one very simple reason.
The meaningless of existence is not something to shy away from or be afraid of – In fact, the very inconsequential nature of our presence is something to be celebrated! If there is no meaning, no greater truth, then we have a blank slate to work with. There is no better place to create something truly amazing.
Each and every one of us has something special to offer. This is true whether you are on the stage, in an audience, or locked in a padded cell licking a dirty window. We are all marvelous, weird and surprising individuals. Let’s meet up and make something wonderful together.
