Anywhere Theatre Festival Limited (aka Anywhere Festival) has worked with over 408 partners since 2011, providing an estimated $11.3m in benefits through leveraged branding, introducing new customers, providing added value for existing customers and networking opportunities.

Financial Partners and Supporters

For eight years, Anywhere Festival has worked with the Queensland Government through Arts Queensland to create opportunities for local independent artists to present work, to demonstrate how the arts can add value to local businesses and provide incredible experiences anywhere but a theatre. More than just financial support; the team at Arts Queensland have consistently encouraged us to strive for better governance, growth and to hone our creative business model to make Anywhere Festival better than it otherwise could be.

This initiative has received investment by Arts Queensland and the Tim Fairfax Family Foundation through the Arts Business Innovation Fund.

We are proudly supported by Brisbane City Council to deliver the 2018 Anywhere Theatre Festival. The festival “illustrates the inclusiveness and uniqueness of Brisbane’s communities and the lifestyle and leisure opportunities on offer.”

We are proudly supported by the Sunshine Coast Council’s Grant Program to deliver the Anywhere Masterclass on Saturday 9 December 2018. The Sunshine Coast is one of Australia’s premier tourist destinations offering a laid-back lifestyle centred around pristine beaches, freshwater rivers and lakes, subtropical forests and warm sunshine.

We are also very excited to be supported by Noosa Council to deliver Anywhere Festival in the Noosa Region  in May 2018. Situated at the northern tip of Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, Noosa Shire covers an area of 871km2 and is home to more than 54,000 people and was re-established as a local government on January 1, 2014.

In Kind Partners

Anywhere Festival would like to thank Brisbane Marketing for their ongoing support in ensuring the success of the festival and making it easy to perform anywhere in Brisbane.
scenestr is our major media partner and we couldn’t be more excited. scenestr delivers unparalleled coverage of the arts via a market-leading, national network of street press and digital titles. They’ll be first with all the Anywhere Festival news, of course, along with all things entertainment happening in wonderful South East Queensland.

Communify is an independent, profit-for-good organisation. Locally-based, it provides opportunities for people, whatever their stage of life, to join activities that are interesting, stimulating and who support an active, healthy and socially connected life. This year we have partnered with Communify so artists can access free rehearsal space and reduced rates on other spaces as well as including some of the amazing activities that happen every week.

Courthouse Youth Arts is Geelong’s only multi-form cultural organisation dedicated to artistic outcomes by and for people aged 26 and under. We are a vibrant place for Geelong’s young people to grow, engage and explore the world through creative activity and we want to lead youth arts on a local, state and national level.

Anywhere Festival has partnered with Courthouse Youth Arts to deliver outcomes for young people including Anywhere Festival Geelong, mentoring and workshops while having access to an amazing space for Anywhere to call home in Geelong.

Creative Geelong Inc is a not for profit established in 2015 to support and nurture the crea;ve industries and develop projects to highlight the opportunies for the future of work and the sector’s importance to Geelong’s economic and social wellbeing.  Anywhere Festival is proud to be working with Creative Geelong on initiatives including Anywhere Festival Geelong.
